    Terms and Conditions

    *Offer valid for new group bookings only and subject to availability. A qualifying group requires a minimum of 10 guestrooms per night. Offer may not be combined with any other promotion, incentive, or discounted program.

    A credit equal to 5% of eligible net room revenue, banquet and catering food and beverage revenue, and room rental charges will be applied to the master account. Taxes, service charges, resort fees, gratuities, and other miscellaneous charges are excluded. Credit may not be applied toward attrition, cancellation, or other contractual damages. Offer value and calculation methodology may vary at CoralTree Residence Collection properties.

    To qualify, a group contract must be fully executed on or before December 31, 2026.
    One complimentary three-night stay certificate will be issued per qualifying contracted meeting. Complimentary stays are subject to availability, blackout dates, and individual property restrictions. Booking instructions will be provided following contract execution.

    All complimentary stays must be redeemed by December 15, 2027. Certificates have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be combined with any other promotional offer.
